4. Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting services or submitting forms
• Ensure safe access to the service area on the scheduled date
• Notify us of any hazards, pets, or special conditions prior to service
• Make payment in full upon completion of services

Lawn Care Calgary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property.
